Bill the plan, the helmet and the challan on one invoice

A rider on a monthly plan with a helmet, a spare battery and a traffic challan recovered from the deposit is one GST invoice, generated on schedule. Extend, pause or close the plan mid-month and Rentablez prorates it.

  • Daily, weekly, monthly and subscription plans
  • Accessories and challans as additional charges

Why EV operators switch

The six problems an EV rental runs into first

  • Rent that stops arriving on day three

Daily and weekly rent is collected over UPI against each rider, so an overdue balance is visible the morning it happens — not at month end. On connected vehicles you can immobilise remotely until the rider pays.

  • KYC that does not hold up

Aadhaar eKYC with phone OTP and DigiLocker driving-licence verification are part of creating the rider, with documents stored against the profile. No photocopies in a drawer, no licence you cannot verify.

  • Vehicles you cannot locate

With TrackNerd trackers fitted, live location, trip history and remote immobilisation are available from the same order screen your hub staff already use. Without hardware, you still have the rider, hub and status of every unit.

  • EMI going out, earnings unknown

Asset financing records the lender, financed amount, monthly EMI and tenure per vehicle. Set against utilisation and rent collected, you can see which vehicles are paying for themselves and which are not.

  • 3PL payouts reconciled in a spreadsheet

Payout files from delivery platforms are imported against riders and build a payable ledger. What the platform owes the rider and what the rider owes you stay separate and auditable, and settle cleanly.

  • Downtime nobody logged

A vehicle off the road for a battery or a puncture is a maintenance job that blocks it from being allocated, with parts and labour costed. At the end of the month you know how many days the fleet actually earned.

FAQ

EV rental software questions

What Indian EV operators ask before a demo.

Something else? or email sales@rentablez.com.

Is Rentablez suitable for EV rental businesses in India?

Yes. Rentablez is rental management software used for e-scooters, e-bikes, e-autos, electric cars and e-cycles. It covers rider KYC with Aadhaar eKYC and DigiLocker driving-licence verification, GST invoicing, subscriptions and leases, rider payouts for 3PL fleets, GPS immobilisation through TrackNerd, and Razorpay, PhonePe and Stripe payments.

Does Rentablez support GST invoicing and e-invoicing (IRN) for EV rentals?

Yes. Invoices apply CGST/SGST or IGST automatically from the customer state, an organisation can hold multiple GSTINs and choose which one bills each order, and the platform is e-invoice ready with IRN generation in phased rollout.

Does Rentablez handle Aadhaar and driving-licence verification for riders?

Yes. Aadhaar eKYC with phone OTP and DigiLocker driving-licence verification are built into the customer record, alongside document uploads such as PAN and vehicle RC, addresses and a risk profile per rider.

Can I track and immobilise vehicles remotely?

For connected vehicles, yes. The IoT / GPS module integrates with TrackNerd trackers for live location and remote immobilisation. It depends on installed hardware; orders, subscriptions and maintenance work for every vehicle without it.

How do rider payouts and 3PL settlements work?

Payout files from delivery platforms are imported against riders, building a payable ledger per rider. What the platform owes the rider is settled against what the rider owes you for the vehicle, with the balance paid out or carried forward.

Can I run daily, weekly, monthly, subscription and lease-to-own pricing on one fleet?

Yes. Hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates, minimum rental periods, subscriptions with recurring invoicing, leases with instalments and lease-to-own all run on the same inventory. Asset financing tracks the loan and EMI schedule per vehicle.

Which payment gateways are supported in India?

Rentablez integrates with Razorpay and PhonePe for UPI, cards and net banking, and with Stripe. Cash, bank transfer and cheque payments are recorded manually, partial payments are tracked and security deposits are held separately from rent.

How much does Rentablez cost in India?

Rentablez is priced per user: ₹1,200 on Starter, ₹2,800 on Growth and ₹3,200 on Professional, per user per month. Your first user is the Admin, and Standard users — hub staff, technicians, drivers — cost about 40% less. There are no vehicle or asset limits. Prices exclude 18% GST, there are no setup fees, and the 7-day free trial starts after a demo.
