Vendor Settings

The Vendor module in Rentablez serves as a dashboard for managing all suppliers who provide assets or items necessary for your rental business operations. This module allows you to view, add, and edit vendor information, including both Active and Inactive vendors.

Overview

  • Vendors are suppliers who provide assets/items for your rental business
  • The module displays both Active and Inactive vendors

Managing Vendors

Viewing and Searching Vendors

  1. Use the status filter to view Active or Inactive vendors
  2. Use the search box to find vendors by name

Editing Vendor Details

  1. Locate the vendor in the list
  2. Click the ‘Edit Vendor’ button in the Action column

Adding a New Vendor

To add a new vendor:

  1. Click the ‘Add Vendor’ button in the top right corner of the Vendor module

  2. Fill in the following Vendor Details:

    • Vendor Name
    • Email
    • Phone No
    • Mobile No
    • Postal Code
    • City Name
    • District Name
    • State
    • Street Name
    • GST No (helpful for invoice generation)
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  4. Click ‘Submit’ to add the new vendor or save modifications
