Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our SaaS products and immediate provisioning of services upon successful payment, all sales are generally final. However, we understand that circumstances may vary.

Refund requests are considered only if:

  • You experience significant technical issues that our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You were mistakenly billed more than the subscription plan selected.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@squapl.com within 7 days of your payment. All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment method, additional time may be required for the refund to reflect in your account.
